Makes sense to me. Call law enforcement for a BS reason and you've wasted tax payer money and the police's time. Same with people who irresponsible need rescuing, like if you hike into the Grand Canyon without water or a clue and end up needing to be rescued.
Well, this is what having an all-powerful state comes down. Different tribes offering different sacrifices/gifts at the almighty State's altar in hopes of crushing the tribe's enemies, receiving a bountiful harvest, advancing the tribe's status among other tribes, etc.
You want the almighty state, this is one of the downstream effects of having it.
White people already pay a disproportionate amount of taxes.
