Saw three of them on Laura Ingraham's show tonight. One said he knew about Sarah Sanders and other administration people getting harassed but he was shocked that it happened to him, a lowly intern.

“I’m a black male in America that supports and voted for Donald Trump... We’re supposed to be a country that accepts everybody for who they are, a melting pot, but the moment I say or do something that doesn’t coincide with their political beliefs, I’m the bad guy,” said Handy, who is interning for Illinois GOP Rep. Mike Bost.

New CEO was just advertising that he was going to fix these kinds of problems. He should be ousted. What a complete failure.

Another passenger in the car, 33-year-old Adria Barrington of Tallahassee, who is interning for Arizona GOP Rep. David Schweikert, said she found the experience frightening.

“Denying me service -- because I know we were denied service based on our political thoughts and views -- will not change my political thoughts and beliefs,” Barrington said. “Denying me service is only going to make me fight harder to prove to everyone that it is conceivable to be an African American and a conservative.”

Denying service based on ANY reason--race, religion, sexuality, gender, political views, etc.--is a right of the business and/or property owner and may not be challenged in any way.

So what I wonder -- did the driver just not want to take black people so he claimed it was because of the MAGA hat.

Think about that for a minute.+

I guess you can't discriminate against Blacks unless they aren't liberals. I see now.....politics is more important than skin color.

You, I, or anyone else should be able to discriminate against blacks, whites, browns, gays, straights, women, trans, or anyone else we feel like. And they should be able to discriminate against us.

With all the bad press Uber gets, why don't people just take a regular cab? I'd feel safer with a driver who had a criminal background check and who drives cabs for a living, not just when he gets bored and wants to meet women.
