You are mistaken. The areas mentioned would collapse under the burden. They also have support systems for those who need it Based on population its at a lower cost and use.

The premise of the threads is entirely wrong.

Bismarck is a small state capitol city with few outsiders, therefore unemployment rate is low. Too bad weather and wind is horrid there. The humorous thing is that there is a patch of "ranchettes" on the north side of town where people have planted massive amounts of pine, fir, and spruce trees to act as windbreaks and living fences.

In West Hartford, Connecticut, the poverty rate is 5.1%. Run by a democrat.

This proves what, exactly?
That the more Mexican a city is the more impoverished it is.

These are microscopic populations on/close to impoverished reservations. 97% of Warwick's students are Native American. The entire high school is 103 students and the entire town has 65 people! As for Rolette High, it only has 56 students and only 594 people live in the town.

Rollete County is like Laredo and LA with multi-generational Democratic welfare queens and kings who like to maximize welfare revenue by having a huge family they can't afford.

Bismarck's Burleigh County voted for President Trump by nearly 3 to 1 margin.

Wonder why Democratic areas that always brag about how amazing they are, have such an issue with poor having baby after baby.

Rollette County is mainly a small populated county Turtle Mountain reservation. But it does have the same issue as Laredo and Los Angeles where locals in poverty think the solution to all the poverty issues is to have baby after baby when they know they can't afford it without government.

The reservation does not have lots of oil like the Standing Rock or Fort Berthold reservations do.
Children under 18, below poverty level, by county:

Marshall County, AL: 34%
(Trump 82.8%, Clinton 13.9%)

Garland County, AR: 32.6%
(Trump 63.9%, Clinton 30.2%)

Laurel County, KY: 33.4%
(Trump 82.9%, Clinton 13.9%)

Pike County, KY: 33.7%
(Trump 80.1%, Clinton 17.4%)

Mercer County, WV: 31.9%
(Trump 75.0%, Clinton 20.3%)

Montgomery County, NY: 32.8%
(Trump 59.3%, Clinton 34.6%)

Carter County, TN: 34.8%
(Trump: 80.1%, Clinton 16.4%)

The numbers get even juicier the more rural you get.

Los Angeles County meanwhile has 25.3% in poverty.

So why do these Trump voters in these counties have so much trouble holding themselves responsible and accountable for their children? Aren't they supposed to be bootstrapping, or waiting for marriage....or (name your talking point)?
