War does not require a actual declaration. If the other side is actively attacking you, you are in fact at war-declaration or not. And Russia actions ARE an attack.
The other side of the argument is that we have NEVER done so outside of a declared war. It seems like the issue is in doubt, and lawyers and judges will sort it out eventually.
Your ignorance of law and American history is unsurprisingly low.
The founding fathers were considered traitors and specifically defined treason so that it could not be used by the state to punish its citizens.
War is when we are fighting an enemy, not discussing Facebook posts by private citizens from another country or a hacked email (with no proof as to the person who did it). If this is war then we should also be at war with numerous countries we sanction, hack, and destabilize (that’s not including the actual countries we are attacking).
Of course you don’t know the beginning of US crimes in Ukraine and elsewhere but hopefully you learn why we are not a member of the international courts.
Oh, I think the muddied waters of this corrupt administration run deeper than that. Pence may not have his water wings along for the ride ahead, though he'd be well-advised to invest in them. His dang inner tube already sprung a leak. Whoever winds up standing in for the current president will not be much more than a placeholder. Few decent Gerald Fords around these days, alas.
Lots of Republican leaks currently, with more and more hastening to get out of the befouled water right now. Today. This very minute. They're scrambling for a safe shore as if Jaws himself was in that nasty water.
I think any decent Democrat has a good chance in the next election - ideally, someone moderate who can heal wounds and help us all find common ground and reclaim our honor.
But first, all patriotic Americans need to reclaim that common ground and common decency. Both are in short supply with Trump and his benighted supporters.
I want to say there is zero chance of that happening, but in reality its probably even less.

So apparently Mr. Obama and John Brennan both violated their oaths of office. Are they traitors? Treasonous?
Perhaps you should learn the meaning of 'arbitrary'.
Absolutely we are in a cyberwar with Russia. They won the first battle, without firing a shot or risking a soldier on the front line. They promised long ago that they would bury us, and that they would do it from within. They are simply following the game plan that they have had for 50 years.
Then we are also at war with India, China, Iran, and more. Is that the type of reality you’d like to live or will you admit you know nothing of war.
War is niether declared nor is it acted it on. We are not at war, only in your imagination. Now commuting a coup in Ukraine, that would put us at war with them.
Since I'm not a member of the intel community, I'm not privy to what they know. What's unbelievable to me is that a U.S. president would side with a dictator like Putin over their own country. But of course it makes sense in Trump's case as he is owned by Putin.
