Russia isn't in a hurry to get this notarized unless it's more of a benefit to Russia than the US and NOBODY knows what is in this "deal" except Putin and Trump.

And, I am not really sure Trump knows, to be straight with you all.

If Trump offered treaty terms or anything of the sort, it will have no permanence without ratification by the US Senate. Ask Obama how I know that.

That said, if he did engage in diplomacy, offered terms of a deal with the head of another state, and that furthers an American interest as far as he sees it as the Chief Executive of the entire nation, then he is acting 100% in accordance with his Constitutional purview as head of the Executive Branch.

Nowhere in the US Constitution does it require the President to record and disseminate the minutes of every meeting he has with other heads of state. It simply leaves diplomacy under the purview of the Executive Branch.

Again, if a treaty is in the offing, he'll almost 100% guaranteed be submitting it to the US Senate.

No need. It has been public information for a long time.

Yeah safeguard a republican win. Duh.

You just like Putin's anti-gay law. That's what the conservative love affair with Putin is all about.

Most likely gave him files on the most sensitive US military secrets.

Expect to see dozens of high ranking Russian military officials "disappearing" and dying of "natural causes" in the next months..
