By Section 110 of Article III. of the Constitution of the United States, it is declared that:
"Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort."
The whole world saw this at the press conference in Helsinki. Trump will not hold Russia accountable for their attempts and their successes in undermining democracy in the United States and its unity with her allies. Russia is fighting a covert war against the United States, and Trump is refusing to defend his country, instead "adhering to their enemies" and giving aide and comfort to Russia. I don't know how any patriotic American can support this kind of action against our country.
A word used with the American public to arouse fear, knowing that few will understand the legal meaning. In other words, just more politically manipulated moral outrage.
Seems to be a lot of that the past 20 months or so.

So in the event Mueller comes down with indictments connecting Americans to the Russia Military personnel and their cyber attack on US Servers, as detailed in the Grand Jury indictment...does this particular attack constitute an act of war?? Interesting question given it involved a Federal Election.
