Golly people are acting like kids in the grocery store throwing themselves on the ground when they don't get candy.

We have Rules for this. Trump should be removed from office. But that doesn't turn this over to Clinton. If we tag Pence somehow as well, then its..Paul Ryan I believe. AND if he is the GOP leadership compromised as per the spy captured yesterday, then...Orrin Hatch I believe? Im not sure who after that,

There's no precedent or instructions in the U. S. Constitution, for a presidential election to be invalidated, even if it's found to have been crooked. But, that's what precedents are all about-----doing something that's never happened before and using that as a future template for action.

If an election was found to have been rigged, it would be a criminal act, so how could the declared winner be allowed to continue in office? A federal lawsuit demanding that the election be voided could be brought and the results could go through appeals and land in the Supreme Court. If the evidence of a fraudulent election was strong and legally sound, how could the Supreme Court find in favor of a criminal incumbent? That court would lose all credibility and our democracy would become just an empty shell.

If this happened, would a new election be called? Or would adjusted results of the original election, after the fraud factor was removed, be what was used to declare a new winner? Are there any other democratic countries that have contingency clauses in their constitutions, that would cover election fraud and corrective action to set things straight? Or do they all use the line-of-succession to replace a president?

Yeah. It’s crazy talk.

We have an actual procedure for this. It’s like nobody ever took a Civics class.

Trump and Pence should be removed from office and we should either have a new election, or Hillary Clinton should take over. That’s how we beat Putin. There is no other way. #ImpeachTrump

Great idea. I think this should be attempted. What about you?
I think you, and this idea, are instane, and any attempt to do so would launch a civil war between all of the RKBA advocates, and all you disarmed rubes. Your move.

The race between leftists and Trump cultists to determine who is more delusional is neck-and-neck, but at the moment, the leftists have a SLIGHT lead.

Of course, that could always change.

Today's Democrat party - sore losers, who still can't get over the fact that they lost. A military coup?! Seriously? HA!

Love how the left is talking of civil war and military takeovers. Do they not realize that the military is heavily Republican, particularly the officer corps? And, who do they think has all the guns?!
