For the first time in California history noncitizens, including undocumented immigrants, can now register to vote in upcoming school board elections in San Francisco.

I think school board because the kids HAVE to go to school -- even if they are illegal.
It's California.
It won't be nation wide.
Last I looked school boards don't have a huge influence on national or state issues other than education.
And yes It is odd -- but not as damaging as having Russia being able to hack into our voting machines and potentially having the opportunity to change votes.
It just isn't and the fact that you see them as equal or similar is disturbing.
We have to get a hold of this. It is simple lawlessness.

It's time for the foolishness to stop. No way this should be occurring.
"Many of our public school families have come to the U.S. for opportunities like a free public education," said San Francisco Supervisor Sandra Fewer, one of the key supporters of the legislation. "It is only right that they would have a say in who will be governing the education of their children."
The bold is what I find absolutely unbelievable and disgusting! Not only does she admit that people here illegally come here so that their children can have a "free" public education, but she says that in doing so, they have a RIGHT to decide what that education is! (By electing those who actually make the decisions.)
Does anyone else find that absolutely infuriating?! So that it might be possible that children born to U.S. citizens might have their education influenced by people voting who are not even legal citizens?

As I said -- California residents need to elect officials that support the issues they are concerned with.
I don't like sanctuary cities, I don't like folks are are illegal residents to have voting rights, driver's license form the USA, etc....but I need to deal with politicians at the local and state level to curb that kind of thing.

Yes, ICE needs to get on this ASAP. They need to wear wading boots to maneuver through all the poop.
If Trump and his supporters are traitors (as democrats claim), then what the hell do you call this madness? California, secede from the US already. Just stop trying to drag the rest of this country down with you.
