He can do whatever Obama didn't do. Aren't we supposed to learn from our past mistakes?

What can law enforcement do? Please tell us what they can do. Are they going to indict more foreigners who will never show up and just continue to do these things? It CAN'T be stopped! Social engineering hacking is the oldest method in the book and can not be stopped due to how dumb people are.

Like what? How do you stop an email from arriving in your inbox? How do you stop the stupid people from opening it and giving away their login creds? Come on geniuses, what can be done? This isn't traditional hacking where a system is penetrated and a firewall or patch can stop them.

A phishing attack requires a read domain that can be taken down by law enforcement and they have done so many times in the past.

It's weird that a US citizen would be so neutral to Russian attacks. But what do I know.

The internet is "The Wild West" It is not for the gullible, or the faint of heart.
No one is there to protect you, but you!

It takes a minute for others to start thinking for you, if you let them.

Translation:

Russia trying to hack our elections? Go for it. It's a Wild West anyway.

The Right are such patriots, alright.

How about a public service announcement pointing to exactly what is on the FBI website about email threats.

https://www.fbi.gov/scams-and-safety/on-the-internet

How about a State on the Union address making the citizens of the US more aware that election meddling has begun and be aware of how it is happening. Discuss the reporting that from the intelligence report that we all were mulling over on these forums to point out what was done and what they continue to do today.

These are how I educate my end user in my organization. User Awareness Training (UAT).

How do you stop stupid people is by training them to not be stupid on the subject matter.

The domains were already taken down by an entity other than law enforcement. What else do you want to be done? Should the domain registrars be held accountable for allowing fake domain registrations? Is the US going to make an international law that requires ALL countries to follow suit? Come on geniuses, what can the President actually do here? I'll give you a hint. Not a damn thing.
