What we complain about is the welfare fraud and abuse that is rampant.

It is when good people work their butts off to get by and lazy people that can work are able to scam the system.
Welfare was created to give people a crutch to help them through tough times and most were embarrassed to be receiving it and got off it as soon as they could. Today we have so many that use it like a benefit that they expect.
To note.......lazy people are poor. So you are complaining about poor people getting "free stuff".

Correct. Tax breaks/cuts aren't welfare. They're just less confiscation/theft.
