As Trump said at the presser with Putin, they would begin working together on humanitarian efforts in Syria. We are now seeing progress on that front as US ally France works with Russia jointly on aid for the first time.
France and Russia on Saturday despatched a plane carrying humanitarian aid to the ravaged former Syrian rebel enclave of Eastern Ghouta, which was retaken by government forces in April after a five-year siege.
A Russian Antonov 124 military cargo plane carrying 50 tons of medical aid and humanitarian supplies left the airport at the central French city of Chateauroux at 3am (0100 GMT), the airport's head Mark Bottemine told AFP.

This was originally agreed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and French leader Emmanuel Macron during talks in Saint Petersburg in May and has nothing to do with Trump.
At the same time as this is going on, behind the scenes Europe is developing new defence partnerships as a possible alternative to the US and NATO, and the EU is currently consulting on a list of tariffs, in response to Trump's proposed Tariiffs on EU cars.
Relations between Europe and the US are currently at an historic low point since the end of the Cold War.

Macron came to USA in April to press Trump about aid to Syria/ Macron and Putin agreed to this aid initiative in May.
Trump isn't the master mind -- he's the puppet in this one.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/world...=.8774a6c9f45e French President Emmanuel Macron left Washington late Wednesday confident he had at least one deal with President Trump in hand, if not yet firmly in his pocket. The U.S. president, he said, had agreed “in principle” to a new Syria strategy that would keep the United States committed to a conflict Trump has vowed to exit.

Oh look -- somebody has been doing some reading and paying attention.
Another misinformed individual. Macron & Putin agreed in May -- talks in June,.....not physically possible for Trump to have influenced anything.
Good God. The cult will soon be giving Trump credit for creating the world in 7 days.
