The proponents of sending Native Americans to reservations were mostly Democrats. Andrew Jackson comes to mind.

The proponents of Chinese exclusion from California were mostly Democrats. The Governor of California particularly.

Japanese internment was under a Democratic President, FDR.

The Mexican-American War was was during a Democratic President, Polk.
