I despise Hillary but she's practically in hospice. She wouldn't last a week in the prison infirmary.

Yep. She's probably planning on running again - to avoid indictment.

Trump can replace Sessions. He can’t touch Rosenstein. Not politically.

He can't touch Sessions either which is why he doesn't.

A reasonable person might ask themselves, if Hillary had committed prosecutable crimes for which they had enough evidence, that an AG that laughs at and repeats 'lock her up', might actually have a large scale investigation right now. You would think that both chambers of Congress might at least be holding nonsense hearings about it to deflect from all of Trump's missteps so they could run against her again in 2018. They aren't though. Why? Could it be Trump fanatics and Hillary haters have no real sense of reality right now? That would be my guess. I didn't vote for either Clinton, I am not a fan. I just think Trump people need to get a grip on reality. Trump lies to you each and every single day, and you like it. Now don't get me wrong, politicians lie, but not like this. He makes the lies so transparent, it is almost as if he sees just how far he can push you all into following a lie, and then pulls back a little when he sees that the saner of his supporters are starting to crack a little. he must have a lot of laughs at your expense.

If Hilary were ever prosecuted (and the chances of that are about zero at this point) her lawyers could argue that the comment "lock her up" by the top law enforcement official in the country was prejudicial and could influence a potential jury pool. Plus it made him look like the fool that he is.

Sure he can. What makes you think he's so untouchable?

NYTimes reporter Julie Hirschfeld Davis didn’t go along with the spin about Sessions joining in the 'lock her up' a chant. she said, “Well, to me that sounded like a sort of a reaction of, like, what am I hearing here? He’s sort of…It seemed to me like he was trying to laugh that off.”

Sessions repeated the phrase once, sort of like a question as to what he was hearing. he didn't "join in". I'm sick of the press bias and spin. the MSM and the cable Leftist shows are liars.
