Hmm, let's see if we can predict the cons' excuses in advance ...
1. "There is no proof!"
2. "Cohen is a liar!"
3. "He may have been told about the meeting, but nobody says he was told what happened at the meeting."
4. "Just because they met with some Russians and told Trump about it, so what?"
5. "Donald wasn't AT the meeting himself, so it means nothing."
Most are speculating that the Trump side leaked this information as they wanted to take away leverage from Cohen (in dealing with the special prosecutor for favorable treatment) and get out damaging info now and control its narrative.
Perhaps they can ask former AG Lynch why she granted the Russian who was in Trump Tower a waiver to be in the States? That ought to lead to some interesting places.
Because she was coming in to promote adoption of cute, cuddly Russian babies, of course. Everybody knows that.
Cohen is dead in NYC. He may very well have to move his family to Moscow. No one want's anything to do with him on the left or the right. For him to do this after all his bluster and pomps attitude he must have been caught red-handed in something serious that wasn't Trump-related. Trump just needs ti to keep his mouth shut and most likely this will blow over because as we have heard from one the most bias people against Trump from the FBI that investigated Trump, Peter Storzk there is no there, there.
Most likely this will blow up Trump Tower and the whole Trump family with it. Cohen knows what really happened, and anyone who thinks otherwise after knowing what he did working for Trump is a complete idiot.
Too bad for Trump-haters, Cohen has no credibility....
He was only a national finance chairman for the Republican National Committee, an (ex) executive vice president special counsel to Trump at the Trump Organization, and sat on multiple boards for other Trump corporations.
The fact that Cohen is telling CNN before he tells Mueller.....clearly its all for show.
