The title here has been a question I have seen asked repeatedly in the last year and a half, with much discussion following, fueled by opinion and limited citation. Most of us posting here are not attorneys. An attorney friend of mine compiled this list of the federal statutes which may be part of the answer.
Note: This is not posted as an accusation of anyone of doing anything. This is merely a list of laws that are possibly under consideration in the investigation. 191 indctments have been handed down so far, but Trump has not been the subject. There are probably that many more still sealed that have accumulated in District Court in D.C. since last November, but have not been released yet. No one knows who they are for except the people who filed them. Maybe, maybe not. Stay Tuned.

You are so right, Donald Trump is scared s***less. These latest tweets are those of a desperate, scared little man, grasping at any life ring he can to keep himself afloat. The more he flails the deeper he sinks.

He said a couple of days ago he's planning to campaign six or seven days a week. He didn't say who was going to handle the duties of the president. I guess we are to presume that the same person will do the job then that is doing it now. He hires ghost writers to write his books and probably his tweets. He may have hired a ghost president.
