Exactly. Now that Manafort has been convicted and is facing the prospect of spending the rest of his life in prison my prediction is that he will sing like a canary.
What I believe is that the real reason for all of Trump's bizarre behavior about that "Trump Tower Meeting" is that he has been protecting Don Jr. and Jared Kushner. The boom is going to fall shortly on the two of them and I expect to see a criminal indictment in under three months. Once that happens, our President is going to panic and I hope this country is prepared for the even more bizarre and more crazy tweets that will be coming at us all day long.

Who would waste their energy "hating" the cultists? I use the word "cult" because I can't think of anything else that accurately describes the blind adulation of the hardliners to someone like Donald Trump. A lot of parallels between the way a cult leader like Jim Jones or David Koresh mesmerized their followers and the way that Donald Trump holds his base in thrall.

I don't care if the stock market hits 50,000. It doesn't make the current President any less than a crook.

Then you are aware the the economic boom commenced on Obana's watch, including the stick marker raising to near record highs on his watch. Trump deserves credit for not derailing the boom yet, but absolutely not for starting it.
