Well, from what Sean Spicer told the media in an White House presser last year, all tweets from Trump's "POTUS" Twitter account are "official" statements from President Trump and the White House.

The President of the United States' 2016 presidential campaign is currently being investigated by the Department of Justice for possible collusion with Russia. So to say that it is highly inappropriate for Trump to tweet that his AG should end the investigation into him is an understatement
