So this is alleged
Not proven yet
But if it is then he has really shot himself in the foot
And since he is such a coward, it seems likely he would attempt to cover his tracks...
Youtube is not owned by the public. It is owned by shareholders. It has a right to censor anyone it wants to. It is their platform. If you don't like it, don't use it. People acting like Youtube is a right protected by the Constitution.
YouTube is owned by Google isn't it?
Predominately, I mean...

Google is not a public business, it is a private business. I'm getting really sick and tired of listening to those on the right, (and I'm on the right), on here and on social media pi$$ing and whining about this. If you don't agree to the TOS of the private company, go find another platform.
If you don't like or trust any other platform, create your own.
As someone said in the swim cap thread, the person who sees the problem and creates something better is usually the person who ends up with a spit ton of cash when all is said and done.
On this one, the left is absolutely correct: The right looks like a bunch of sniveling little snowflakes on this matter. It's fricken embarrassing.
You (general) do not have the "right" to use Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. It's NOT a right. You use the platforms for free, you are not paying for them. It's NOT a right. Therefore, these platforms are not violating any of your rights.
I've seen way too many on the right demanding that the government control a business because their fee-fees got hurt. That's what the left typically does, and yet here we are with the left saying, "It's a private business" and the right saying, "but my feewings! Government! FIX THIS" like that unhinged girl in the video after Hillary lost.
If you don't agree that government should have been involved with the cake baker, then you shouldn't be saying the government should be involved in this.
Monopoly schmonopoly. CREATE YOUR OWN if you don't like the way things are going! GD! What is wrong with you all? Instead of getting up and doing something - using creativity and ingenuity, you all (general) are sitting there with your thumbs in your mouths sobbing as if you had NO OTHER CHOICE.
Those on the right who are asking for the government to step in are wrong, wrong, wrong!

You need to chill
I really was just asking a POINT OF INFO question...
I am not complaining about anything seen on YouTube or rights to free speech
You are going full-bore to me and I have not followed ANY of this thread really
Totally wasted your time and finger dexterity
Jones has apparently destroyed evidence in the case of being sued by Sandy Hook parents
I think his life and future have gotten diametrically darker if that is proven...
What evidence would that be?
Evidence that would clear his name?
LOL! Twitter.
You would think the smart lawyers for the Sandy Hook Parents would have grabbed them, well before anyone had a chance to scrub any tweets, that twitter has back up to what was posted and what was deleted,.

As an open public communications platform, it is held under the restrictions of CDA 230.
C'mon, you guys made up your own news networks where you can live in a fantasy news land of racist unicorns that eat coal and poop foreign policy wins, why can't you make up your own social media too?
Seems the collusion thing in a concerted effort, is the Anti-Trust lawsuit on the horizon.
