I guess it means for some people they need new tires.
For others it means they have nothing better to do with their time than to bait their neighbors into their yard with dangerous 'weapons'. What would he have done if it wasn't an ideologically driven adult but a bored teenager just looking to destroy signs? I hope he has good homeowners insurance.

if an idiot is going to go out and commit a crime, be they someone who is idiologically motivated, or bored teenager looking to commit vandalism, it doesnt matter. if they are going to commit a crime, they deserve everything bad that happens to them.
