The ridiculous part is that the walk of fame isn’t even in West Hollywood it’s in Hollywood which is in the city of Los Angeles .

The West Hollywood City Council will vote Monday night on a resolution urging the Los Angeles City Council and Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to permanently remove Donald Trump’s Walk of Fame star.
The marker, which was unveiled in 2007, has been vandalized numerous times and completely destroyed twice.
"The City Council will consider adopting a resolution urging the Los Angeles City Council and Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to remove President Donald J. Trump’s star from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, due to his disturbing treatment of women and other actions that do not meet the shared values of the City of West Hollywood, the region, state, and country," reads the agenda item for the Monday meeting.
I’m sure all of the other stars have never done anything that anybody could deem inappropriate. None of them cheated on their spouses , or did anything that could be considered morally wrong . Right ?
Don't get lost in the false equivalency of faux "heritage" statues being taken down and stupid vandals/city councils.
When you can show me all the other statues and monuments to the losers of wars we've fought, you can have your Confederates back. Take me to that Japanese Kamikaze memorial, or the Nazi SS Commemorative Shower and Crematorium. Oh right, we don't celebrate losers, and the wrong headed, except in this one situation where you can still try to intimidate a minority population.
This is a trend with liberals and Dems today though , like getting rid of statues etc .
They want to erase history if it’s someone they don’t agree with .
I dont care too much about the star but we should not glorify figures that stood for slavery. Preserve them in museums as a reminder of how not to be. But don’t glorify them.
Totally agree. If you're going to remove one, you better get that jackhammer ready, because there's a long list of people that should be coming off.
