Georgia has become the first former member of the Soviet Union to legalize use of marijuana. Yet Georgians are still barred from growing, storing or selling the drug.
Georgia’s constitutional court ruled on marijuana late last month. The court said in a statement that marijuana use is an act "guaranteed by the right of free self-development.”
Meanwhile in the US it's a class 1 narcotic (meaning it's the most dangerous and it has no medical use) same or worse than heroin or cocaine. Meanwhile it is legal in some states. Families in New Jersey had to leave the state to stop their child's seizure because a non high causing form of it alleviated and stopped the seizures but the former Republican Governor Chris Christie was against it.

A review of the Food and Drug Administration’s Adverse Events reports found that there were over 10,000 deaths from seventeen FDA-approved drugs and 0 deaths from marijuana.
If the FDA armed agents raiding your farm for selling fresh milk don't kill you then their approved drugs surely will!
Well....they don't have the Southern Baptist Convention to contend with over there so legalizing it is a little easier.
