Inefficiency is the opposite of working. That is what happens when demand artificially increases and the supply doesn't. As well as taking price out of the equation since we know that is a staple of competition. Competition increases quality.
You're not going to disagree with those basic economic points are you?
It's less expensive in other countries which counters that argument and nothing is perfect. Everyone being able to afford to see a doctor when they need to in an imperfect system beats an imperfect system where many can not afford to see a doctor when they need to.
If Cortez is confident in her views that socialist policies are better than capitalism she should jump at the opportunity of debate .

No it doesn't. Whether it should or shouldn't, it doesn't happen. Someone like Shapiro has nothing to lose. He can make the most outlandish statements possible and it affects him none.
I watched the fake Ocasio interview that purports to show her as a dumb buffoon. It was very funny. But then I watched some of her real interviews. There wasn't that much difference. She really is a dumb buffoon. And the low level people who elected her kind of deserve her.
Someone that believes that people would prefer a recliner over their health isn't exactly in a very high stratosphere.
