I would hope that after 2016 people would be smart enough to keep their focus and not start proclaiming easy victory.

I don't like seeing one party control all 3 pieces so hoping the dems take the house but I'm a lot less confident about it given their track record of celebrating before crossing the goal line and getting the ball stripped out of their hand.

Indeed.

Democrat Logic
  • Spend 10s of millions to flip US House district.
  • Lose Election
  • Say this is plan to take US House.
Has to be seen to be believed.

Eight of the 45 districts that Trump won by a narrower margin than in Ohio are open races where the Republican incumbent is retiring, including two in New Jersey, and a district each in Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Dems see wider path to House after tight Ohio race

The GOP had to spend $3 million on this race which they are probably going to lose once all the votes are counted!

There is no possible way for OLD-MAN TRUMP to stump in the remaining 325 districts come the November elections, hahaha! JUST 3 MORE MONTHS, JUST 3 MORE MONTHS,JUST 3 MORE MONTHS, until the MOBSTER,WANNABE DICTATOR Trump wilL be totally I-R-R-E-L-E-V-A-N-T!
Sure Sure....Trump was 5 for 5 the communist was 0 for what? 5? It was AUGUST and the last election there was over DOUBLE the votes than this time around! People just didn't care....Unless you are a politics junky you didn't go vote.

All that matters is that there is enough Republican turnout to counter that

And Tuesday showed it can be done
There is enough Republican turnout to counter it in order to win narrowly in fairly solid GOP districts. Now is there enough to counter it in swing districts and marginal districts? With how close a race was in a district as Republican as OH-12 it doesn't appear that way.

1 distinct is NOT a barometer of the whole country.

Ortez won in 1 district where her opponent did NOT campaign and all of a sudden she the "anointed one" and ALL of the people she complained for LOST, the other 3 by a HUGE margins.

Do you care to have an honest dialogue on what Democrats are saying about this race? Or do you just want to spout off any nonsense you can?

"Democrats lost."

We have seen how the dems act AFTER losing. This what we get with "a trophy for everybody" syndrome!

They have been spoiled their entire short lives and don't know HOW to act when the don't get their way!

They are STILL crying and whining because Trump won!

Trump came in. Endorsed the Republican. District Won.

Democrats are shell shocked by that after spending 10s of millions. 19 Months of Derangement over Trump for naught results.

They seek a participation certificate now. Sorta like crowing about Hillary's popular vote.
