Well, lets see. One is a globally brokered agreement to stop nuclear proliferation and normalize relations with an ostracized country. The other is a secret handshake mutual masturbation session.
I think I'll go with the first choice, since to the best of my knowledge there's no actual "deal" from the second, just a bunch of hot air and two tragic haircuts.
