On the show “What would you do?”, they had two scenarios where the manager of a NJ diner asked a customer to leave. In one scenario, the customer was wearing a MAGA hat, and in another he was wearing a, IMPEACH 45 shirt.
It was refreshing to see that most (not all) of the fellow diners got this one right.
I don't care to watch. How did most of the diners get this right? Personally, I'm not wearing either.
Most of them stood up for freedom of speech. They recognized the manager’s right not to serve the guy, even though they found the manager to be repugnant, while at the same time exercising their own right to walk out the door.
I guess what I found refreshing is that in real life, as opposed to on this board, most people found the manager to be wrong, regardless of political affiliation.
I have no problem with people wearing their foreign made MAGA hats anywhere. It is a great indicator letting you know that they are not the type of people you would want any interaction with. Simply ignore them and be thankful when they leave.
