They use it as a "blackness" test. a great example of this is Toure who was on The Cycle on MSNBC, the main conservative response t when ever he talked about race was not about what he said, but rather saying he was over compensating for having a white wife and not being 100% black himself.
But no conservative on this site is going to call out their brethren for blackness tests.

Hmmmm. I am in a mixed race marriage and I have taken far more flak from Liberals than Libertarians or conservatives. The snide comments, the innuendos etc.
That said I have heard a few from conservatives too.

I guess it depends on who you are around and how often you see the signs of it. For me, living in a conservative area, using sites like this, it seems like more of a Black people in general and Conservative thing than anything to do with white liberals.
I cant remember a white liberal questioning my blackness, but I can with conservatives.

This has nothing to do with the willingness to learn.
If you ask an "inner city" kid to do a research project who doesnt have internet at home and doesnt have money to ride a bus to the public library, what grade do you expect them to get on that project ?
Using myself as an example, I didnt get internet at home until 2006,my freshmen year in high school. I was lucky enough to only live a mile outside the city limits, and a car ride with my dad to the library took 5 minutes at the most, but some kids lived in the deep woods, 40+ miles away..
Your argument seems to be made by someone who doesnt understand the most simplistic barriers here.
Why do liberals hate black conservatives or any person of color with conservative views? They call them Uncle Toms, Oreo, House negros, self hatred, sellout, shuck and jive, race traitors, Stockholm syndrome etc. but it makes no sense. Matter of fact I get accused of being a white poster which is pretty hilarious.
Hate is a really strong word.
I don't hate anyone. Much less a fellow American.
Republicans make up about half of the country, give or take and democrats the other half, give or take.
I don't hate anyone because of their party line. They are first and foremost Americans, just like me.
I have always voted conscience and not party, never understood people who tow the party line,no matter what. (If Kentucky held open primaries I would be an Independent.) It is ridiculous to hate someone just
because they are a Republican, or a Democrat in my opinion. (If you hate everyone who has a different opinion of things than yourself...you would be letting yourself in for a lot of unneeded hate and misery).
I don't know any liberals that hate black people because of this. I have never ever heard them use such names. If I did, I would call them out on it, in no uncertain terms.

My point for bringing it up was only to show that the general notion from the OP that I bolded wasn't something that was absolutely unique/something that had never occurred to anyone else.
Do you think that the non black ex-girlfriends of President Obama are intentionally misrepresenting the past?
If not, do you think they misinterpreted what happened ?

Are people of color allowed to hold conservative views? Are they allowed to hold their race accountable? Do their conservative views change the color of their skin? Last time I check prominent black conservatives Ben Carson, Herman Cain, Kanye West, Clarence Thomas, Colin Powell, and Condi Rice were are still black.
I'm a black conservative and I'm proud. It means I don't depend on white guilt liberals to feed our house me. My own achievements are 100% dependent upon my on effort and hard work.
The liberal intolerance and and insults for minorities who align with conservatism is alarming.
Liberals will never change the minds of black conservatives like myself and Ben Carson. The expansion of liberal welfare polices have only hurt our community, turning an emergency welfare fund into way of life while subsidizing children born and raised without father figures.
This doesn't mean I need to vote Republican. This just means I have conservative views. City data liberals, please stop accusing conservative people of color of self-hatred. It's asinine.
Yep, liberals hate anyone who doesn't tow their line. They are still annoyed that Clarence Thomas beat them in 1991 and is still there doing his job.
