Apparently the prospect of legal medical marijuana in Utah is a violation of the religious freedom of Mormons who are offended by the idea of it. The church is claiming that if Utah residents are allowed to participate in the democratic process and vote to legalize medical marijuana, it will "violate the religious freedom of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."

The muscle-flexing by conservative Christians in the Trump era is getting more and more disturbing and more and more authoritarian. So now apparently, the church has the right to force everyone to follow its rules and if people won't like it, it's violating the "religious freedom" of the church to impose its dogma.

Thoughts?
You mean 'the muscle-flexing by conservative Christians in this incredibly small segment of a small off-shoot bastardized version of the Christian faith'

Oh, wait, you're the guy who's been posting on here for literally 15 years about how Christians are the reason your life was, is, and will continue to be in ruins

Carry on
