I went with Hung Jury - 18 counts and 366 documents (complicated) of evidence ..... some of them not even presented in the trial. Documents are not clear on which Counts they are attached to (big error on TeamMueller). Odds are great that 12 people are not going to agree on 18 of anything, much less complicated financial statements that make Normal People's eyes glaze over.
Hopefully the jury will do the right thing. We never know in this country though. The jury was not sequestered. You know they were all watching the news.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the Statute of Limitations.
I'm only required to keep records for 7 years, not 13.
Is it different for Manafort? Is he special and must keep his income records for life?
25.6.1.2 (10-01-2001) What is a Statute of Limitation
A statute of limitation is a time period established by law to review, analyze and resolve taxpayer and/or IRS tax related issues.
The Internal Revenue Code (IRC) requires that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will assess, refund, credit, and collect taxes within specific time limits. These limits are known as the Statutes of Limitations . When they expire, the IRS can no longer assess additional tax, allow a claim for refund by the taxpayer, or take collection action. The determination of Statute expiration differs for Assessment, Refund, and Collection.

Perhaps this will help: in financial fraud cases, the Statute of Limitations do not begin until the fraud is discovered.
So! If you had committed fraud back in, say 2005, but it only comes to light in 2018, then the Statute of Limitations begin. One is not rewarded for keeping the fraud secret for 7 years.
I voted guilty on some counts. I couldn't specify, but I'd say he'll be found on 10+ of the 18.
There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that he knowingly committed tax crimes, to literally include e-mails of him talking about these crimes with his business partner.
If you took the names and political implications out of this case and just presented the facts against an unnamed person, 100% of Trump supporters would find Paul Manafort guilty.
