So you find a guy like Manafort. Dirty as all out, and you nail him on charges that do have a paper trail - financial crimes. This will, in turn, entice him to be a happy and cooperative witness when the time comes to nail his co-conspirators. This also entice others, who aren't squeaky clean, to get their "I'm a cooperative witness" ticket. Because you make it clear that there is a very limited number of those.

This was Mueller's MO when he rolled up the Gottis. It works.

I wonder what that plea deal looks like.

The only thing that is corrupt is Trump and his minions that are being indicted left and right.

Mueller is charged with investigating Russia interference in the 2016 presidential election, and the Hillary campaign did conspire with Russian state actors to produce the Steele Dossier.

Meanwhile, still no evidence of collusion with Russia by the Trump campaign.

How does a plea deal make the Mueller investigation corrupt? You need to show some evidence of that claim!

Wait, so it was actually those crafty Russians that produced the Steele Report and not Steele?

Manafort pleads guilty and accepts plea deal to cooperate with Mueller. Manafort was at the Trump tower meeting with the Russian's and Don Jr. Manafort was also the Trump campaign manager when the Clinton emails were leaked on wikileaks. Why did Manafort want to work for Trump for free? Why did a Russian born business man named Felix Sater say "Our boy can become president of the USA and we can engineer it" in an email to Cohen? Who are the Russian mafia ties to Cohen and Manafort? Why were Russian oligarchs at Trump's inauguration parties? Mueller already knows the answers. How many Trump aides were arrested, convicted and are cooperating with Mueller? Four now with some fringe people like Van der Zwaan and Pinedo all pleading guilty.

Do you really want to talk about Clinton again? Why. What's going on in the here and now is far more interesting and relevant.

Lets play a guessing game and see who will be indicted next. Don Jr. or Kushner or both?
