That wouldn't be true socialism, but it would be a step towards freedom.
What if they don't want an equal share? Should I force them to take it or fire them?

Equal share does not consist of value ownership (like stock prices), it consists of say in management.

If a worker does not wish to participate in voting, that is there choice (or they could let someone else decide for them).

If you want a truly free society every organization that exist must allow (not force) equal participation and rights to everyone involved.

The Koreans did it for their schools, offices, everything in Manchuria: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean...n_in_Manchuria

And then they were destroyed.

Some interesting perspectives here, also, everyone is American, not Russian.

You like to argue theory as opposed to actual facts. The problem is all the people arguing "Capitalism" and "Free Markets" have no desire to argue the actual facts surrounding either.

Socialist Fed programs made Amazon as rich as it is. Why shouldn't everyone better benefit from these programs?

I didn't even know this........they make much of their wealth from government contracts. Our tax dollars that Bezo's then pockets and we have to subsidize his business AND his employee's.

And Bezos owns the Washington Post (insider media) and blue origins (close with military contractors) so he's growing a close reputation with the government.

Nearly every major corporation in America gets much of their wealth from the government. FYI - government agencies buy stuff from Walmart too and Target and especially office supply stores (Staples, Office Depot, etc.)

I agree with Bernie's comment but feel it is weird that people like to make a big fuss about businesses making money off the government when most of them would go under or have to lay off workers if they didn't have access to government contracts/purchases.

Trump's family would never have become as wealthy as they did without HUD contracts and building public and low income housing communities for instance.

Wealth should never be centralized.

In America, wealth never means success for society. Neither does growth:

https://www.sfchronicle.com/opinion/...s-13195155.php

This is our booming tech hub, a group of villainy and scums who exort other people's wealth into their own cash making scheme.

Young people in this country all think the tech start ups are so cool. Even democrats embrace them as the new economy.

And yet these 'leftist' are just supporting far right private kleptocracy.
