Nobody has addressed whether or not my plan would work or is legal.
Well you get an A for effort in mental gymnastics. But seriously, why work so hard to protect someone who has only been telling you what you want to hear as he uses the nation as home base for his criminal organization. The USA has lots of problems that need to be solved.. yes, immigration is one of them but Trump is not a good person, has no real moral center and he uses the wedge issues to further divide and has only come to enrich himself and his cronies. We can do better than that and the USA deserves better than that. If Trump had any intentions of draining a swamp, it was only in order to have more room to fill it with his brand of sludge.

She has photocopy of document discovered/used by Barbara Underwood the NY state attorney general when she was investigating the Trump charity and found Trump's signature authorizing the disbursement of money from the Charity's account to pay a legal settlement owed by MarALago/Trump Corp

I thought about her. But Trump has an ace up his sleeve in the form of Barron. Trump most likely would move heaven and earth to get revenge on Melania and he would have no compunction in using Barron to get that revenge.
And Jared is in over his head and needs a way out.
I have to agree with this. It's highly unlikely, but Melania flipping would only be possible if she and Barron are guaranteed full legal and financial protections. Trump would do everything in his power to ruin Melania.

Melania isn't likely unless there is proof her citizenship was gained after lying to the INS and they could hold that over her head

There is a good chance Melania knows nothing. She's a trophy wife, not his "equal" to whom which he confides in so to speak. If anything, his kids know some things (Don Jr, Ivanka) good luck though flipping them.

lol there is a thing called "statue of limitations". Even if she did, and it could be proved 9 ways to Sunday, she's untouchable for things that happened so well in the past.
Take the next flight to Moscow. Buy a nice little dacha on the Volga. And then sit around and watch state controlled TV for the rest of his life.
If Trump abdicated and went to Russia, he would no longer have any value to Putin. You know what Putin does to those who he can no longer use for his purposes. I can't imagine any safe haven he could find, that would protect him. Not even one of our federal prisons would be safe, from Putin. Trump and Manafort have swindled their way into a dead end, in the most literal sense of the word.
But of course, it's gone too far for Putin to be able to bottle-up all the truth, so he is in a lot of trouble, himself. He and those two are going to wish that they never had any connections to one another.
I think this Supreme Court seems fair enough to rule in Trump's favor.
Nothing else needs to be read. You could have stopped at "fair enough." But a presumption of innocence is laughable. I think you sum up a Trumpeteer. It's only fair if it is in Trump's favor. Do you not care at all that Trump has been lying to the American people (and you)?
Now, I bet you'd say "Oh, this whole Stormy Daniels thing? That's nothing! So what! He paid off some porn stars that maybe he had sex with. Yeah, sure, maybe he lied about it considering that Pecker is corroborating Cohen's story, but still! He boinked some women. Maybe it is campaign finance fraud. Big deal!"
I'd say... if the man is willing to lie about something as inconsequential as his dalliances or campaign finance fraud, then why wouldn't he lie about things putting him in real jeopardy?
