Sen. John McCain no longer seeking to continue medical treatment for his cancer.

Long time politician who ran for President.
McCain has been in a fight with brain cancer for over a year.

McCain was staunch supporter of using military power.
Well known for his bombing comments and a first strike advocate.
Well liked republican and respected by Dems and voting with them at times.

With his long history in politics expect a lot of reporting and media attention reviewing his colorful past.

Look up "Patriot" in the dictionary and you should see a picture of John McCain.

I hope Senator McCain is able to spend his last days comfortably with his family. I didn't always agree with him but, I have always respected him and I thank him for his many years of service to our country.
John McCain is a true patriot!

he should have done it years ago......him running all the time for re-election as a conservative was a disgrace. He stayed in Washington for too long.

He was a warmonger for a guy that was caught bombing cities full of civilians in North Vietnam (that's why Vietnamese civilians beat him up when he got caught) and was a POW you would think he would be hesitant of sending young Americans to wars but he always voted for that in the Senate.

He should immediately resign and take care of his health affairs. He should have done this a while ago.
