its more than that. each side blocks even getting a hearing if possible. i dont even think a nomination made by a sitting US president on their last day of office shouldnt be heard and boted on

It will go down party lines like all other important matters. Kavanaugh is in as SCJ.

How can they possibly prove her wrong?

I think the majority of people watching/listening believe she thought she was telling the truth.

There are people who are very far right wing who think she just made the thing up out of thin air.

Even Kavannaugh appears to think the incident happened, but just not with him.

They could bring Mark Judge et al. before the committee and have them testify under oath. Have Kavanaugh take a lie detector test. Have everyone questioned by the FBI, on both sides. Funny how Ford was okay with that. Kavanaugh looked like a deer in the headlights when presented with that option. Those so called letters from these witnesses were letters from the lawyers for these folks. Let's have the people themselves come in and testify.

Its like posters here cant possibly believe young women would do that kind of thing. Man, many of you have no idea what goes on with teenagers in this country.

Ford had one beer she said.
She was able to get out of the room after Judge knocked her and. Kavanaugh off the bed because she was sober and Kavanaugh was too drunk to have good coordination
Likely he was lying there laughing for while after she got out the room and into the bathroom...

I feel sort of sick to my stomach.
That about sums it up, except that one of them brought the humiliation upon herself.

An "FBI investigation" is not the time to drop your pants and grab a ruler, if you catch my drift. It's serious. Nobody is going to invite that kind of scrutiny on themselves, innocent or not. More importantly, he doesn't owe anything to Christine Blasey Ford. It is what it is.
