You cannot.

He wasn't where on what night?

Every witness has made statements which carry the same perjury penalty as lying to the FBI. A week from now the FBI will report she said he did, he said he didn't, no witness can corroborate her accusation, we'll know nothing more than we knew last week and not one senator will have changed their mind or vote.

Well then Ford's toast.....

The FBI will be investigating "allegations" against Kavanaugh....not a background check on Kavanaugh.

The includes investigating the person making those "allegations"...

...and Ford has 4 sworn affidavits against her saying she's lying

If you're innocent you're innocent and while the whole process is quite stressful, I don't think it warranted the over-the-top emotion and confrontation we saw.

Kavanaugh said he didn't watch Ford testify, well maybe he should have

Ford had many holes in her story, holes I can't forgive and holes large enough an FBI investigation is kind of null. I mean really, there is nothing else to investigate.

I presume Kavanaugh innocent because there is really nothing substantial to prove him guilty, however his character in my opinion does not rise to the level of SCJ. We can do better.
If there is nothing else to investigate why did this take do long for them to come around. Before this week everyone wanted her to testify to supposedly to judge her credibility. Watching her testimony she was extremely credible and honest but the republicans already had their minds made up. Things weren’t going well when Graham changed the script. So we have the sex crimes prosecutor interrogating the victim and not the alleged assailant. It didn’t matter what she said this was just a charade.

Maybe you can contact the FBI with your information. I hear they're going to investigate.

I think deep down he probably doesn't believe Ford, but if he admits that, democrats will crank their propaganda machine into overdrive and smear the crap out of him.

So, he plays ball instead. His apparent choice to side with Ford was a smart move, and probably has democrats scrambling to find a new way to make him look bad.

In effect, this has become a chess game.

How will we ever know unless they at least try ? I think you are afraid to hear the truth, and Kavanaugh certainly does not want to hear the truth. Ford, on the other hand, is absolutely open to any and all investigations and probes.

Kavanaugh should go onto Dancing with the Stars...…...the way he danced around every question makes him better at it than Arthur Murray.
