Kennedy and Clinton did not continue to win office because Republicans were voting for them after their escapades.
My point is that you need to stop thinking that all Democrats can be lumped under the same umbrella. Democrats, first of all, cover a spectrum of political beliefs: most tend to be liberals, some leftists (BIG difference: Obama is a liberal, Sanders is a leftist), and some more independent in their thinking. Just as most "conservatives" cannot be lumped under the same umbrella: some are traditional conservatives, some are socially liberal but fiscally conservative, and others are far right (or right-wing). Knee-jerk narrative, whether "leftist" or "right wing" is mindless. And as citizens, we have a responsibility to detach from the distributed script of either side, and assess based on facts--not on ideology, emotion, or some misplaced allegiance to a tribe. All of us fail, of course, from time to time, but the point is that we need to keep this front-and-center--or we will forever be used and abused by unscrupulous leaders and their media spokespeople.
I would bet that voice, as well as the glasses and stringy hair down in her face were all part of her coaching. I would love to see if there are any videos of her teaching to see what her real voice is like. She put on a total show as opposed to the raw, real Kavanaugh.
If we allow the Democrats to defeat this nominee, they will know they can do whatever they want to anyone at any time. Not acceptable. Have to get him through and get our turnout up in November to keep the House.
No, the problem is the Democrats are encouraging people to believe in the concept of assumption of guilt versus assumption of innocence. Let this sink in. Representatives of our government, people who have sworn to uphold our Constitution, are actively encouraging people to believe its okay to destroy a person’s life based on an accusation which has no corroborating evidence and in fact, no evidence at all. All in the name of politics. THAT is the problem.

But a majority of them have to be considered under that umbrella if they keep re-electing them. They are all on the left, some farther than others, but they are on the left just the same.
