There is no timelimit on that felony...

So far NO ONE has given a statement about this to the FBI
Even Kavanaugh has not because he was not asked about it because Ford's accusation was not known
SHE is willing obviously to give testimony to the FBI---
Why wouldn't all of Kavanaugh's other supporters...
And it would take more than 5 days to get a thorough investigation
Of course that does not fit the GOP's rush to anoint Kavanaugh for this seat
It is like women poised to rush Fillene's basement for a big sale
They are willing to stomp anyone in their way to get that bargain...
Uhm..... just to clarify, lying to Congress (perjury) carries just as much potential jeopardy. How about she testify to the judicial committee behind closed doors first so they can decide whether or not an investigation is warranted?

I'll ask again, where is everyone talking about the summer of 1982?

Even if someone is not convicted or even tried the stink of the accusation NEVER goes away. Just look at how people are dragging Justice Thomas into this calling him all sorts of names, none of them nice. One I just heard today "oh he's the sexual harasser judge". No trial, no conviction just some female accuser with NO proof.

I think those who are pushing this should be freaking ASHAMED of yourselves/themselves and I sincerely hope the same thing visits y'all one day.

Di-Fi and all her cohorts shouldn't have even brought this up before doing even the most minor of investigation QUIETLY. Nope, hold it until the last minute and then BOOM blow up Kavanaugh's life smearing him for life without any kind of trial, investigation or anything, nope, let's just try then convict him in the media and public forum screw a courtroom, who needs a courtroom.
Even if he's confirmed this will be attached to him, even if he were found not guilty it'd still be attached to him.

Talk about a bunch of sick demented political whor#s...
I agree with everything you said here. These people are terrifying the way they have given up completely on the rule of law and due process. I’ve been saying this about the metoo era since it began, and about the Title IX procedures when someone is accused of rape in universities.

And these people want us to put them back in power? Nothing I have seen since the 2016 election has made me want to give it to them. Six years ago I would have loved to vote for Beto O’Rourke as my senator, and honestly never was a fan of Ted Cruz, but I’m not voting for Beto now. And I can’t envision a time in the future where I will ever vote democrat again. If they hadn’t thrown such a tantrum I would have liked the idea of divided government where the party in power was different than the president, but not now.

Guys used to snap girls' bras. It wasn't a federal offense. I think in my high school yearbook they actually used a photo of a group all "groping" each other and smiling too...guess that's LEVEL 4 Sexual harassment, child pornography and white supremacy (since everyone in the photo was white).

We all belong in Gitmo.
I know around the time this allegedly happened you could do that at school and the girl and whoever else wouldn't even considered it a disciplinary action let alone some big crime. That all seem to change around the early 1990s with the Clarence Thomas scandal and the Clinton Administration. Funny that the biggest pervert's administration brought in all the sexual offences hysteria.

Exactly. If this were happening in July I too would be asking why is there an issue investigating it. The timing is the why waiting to investigate it now is a big hairy deal. It reeks of political manipulation.

Big whoop.

He has testified and lied under oath several times already. What's one more?
IKR? Wonder if the lies will pour out as easily as they do from Trump's mouth?

Default Democrats going after men, especially white men in their attacks on Kavanaugh

Quote:
Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA) said women should “be outraged at what these white men senators are doing to this woman,” referring to Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford by insisting that she testify by Monday.

Garamendi said, “Women for decades have faced this situation. They have always when they come forward with an accusation of assault or rape. They become the victim in the hearing. And we have to put a stop to that. Women across this nation should be outraged at what these white men senators are doing to this woman. This woman needs a fair hearing, as every woman does who brings forth a charge such as Professor Ford is bringing forth.”

https://www.breitbart.com/video/2018...to-this-woman/

also Senator Mazie Hirono

Quote:
I expect all of the enlightened men in our country, 'cause there must be millions of men out there who are enlightened, who also will rise up to say we cannot continue the victimization and the smearing of someone like Dr. Ford,

“Guess who is perpetrating all of these kinds of actions? It’s the men in this country,” Hirono said. “I just want to say to the men in this country: Just shut up and step up. Do the right thing, for a change.”

it seems the Dem party doesn't like men, especially white men very muchj

and yes we are angry. We are angry that these morons are trying to destroy Judge Kavanaugh and his family.
So my prayer is every undeserved curse against him goes back to the sender.

Hearsay !!!

Is that the earth shaking idea that stops the gears of lawful gov. process ? Laughable

The Dems are so weak and the lying so obvious. The Dem congress men and women who are lying think that the public can't spot a lie when they have so often heard them lie before. They haven't even been able to convince themselves of the lies yet. Its obvious and political.

You’ll regret this decision if the Dems don’t win and they can’t control Trump’s craziness.

There is a lot more at stake in 2018 than just your dislike of the METOO folks.
