Yes, I would! I would give no credence to any looney-tunes females spreading malicious gossip about a judge. Unless, of course, said females had definitive, incontrovertible evidence to back up their claims.

I did not vote for Trump and I generally do not care for him- do a search on my posts before calling me a liar.
However, his SC nominations are to my liking. I am not going to reject them just because Trump nominated them. That would be rather narrow minded. Both are outstanding judges.
Nobody is twisting themselves into figure 8s. I and others are simply reminding you and others about cherished concepts such as Innocent Until Proven Guilty, the Body of Evidence, and the rights of the Accused along with the responsibilities of the Accuser. These are what separate us from banana republics and fascist regimes and they are ideals that you are conveniently forgetting.
And just to make it crystal clear: I do not care for Sotomayer. But she is qualified and I thus see no reason why she should not have been nominated and appointed. If the GOP pulled these stunts (hint: They Did Not) you might have a point.
