Whataboutisms is all you've got. If you've got evidence that they committed crimes then report it. Meanwhile, Cuebald said it best.

Why shouldn't any and all crimes be prosecuted?

Perhaps because these 'crimes' are all in your head ...

They absolutely should, I never said otherwise.

Nonsense

We all remember the massive leaks coming from the intel agencies and everyone talking about how hard they are to track down. Now we know where some of the leaks were coming from and so far no one is standing before a judge in court explaining it.
We also know the media reported the leaks they received and the FBI use those reports as a pretext to investigate people and to support the dossier FISA warrants.

No. There actually is/are crimes that have been committed.

First, Comey's handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Why was no Grand Jury empanelled in this case? Why was no search warrant issued?

Second, the manner in which James Comey closed the Clinton email investigation. He testified to Congress that he made the decision to clear Hillary Clinton after she was interviewed by the FBI. But FBI documents prove that it was before then.

Third, Comey has publicly admitted that he gave memos recording his interactions with President Trump to a friend at Columbia Law School with the intention that the contents would be leaked to the media in order to prompt the appointment of a Special Counsel. These were documents created on an FBI computer and which dealt with an ongoing, highly sensitive investigation. Reasonable observers would conclude that these memos were FBI property. So, leaking them in this unauthorized way means Comey is guilty of Theft of Government Property or Records.

Finally, the infamous Russian dossier which was used to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign. Two Congressional Committees have already established that the FBI knew the dossier was largely fabricated - indeed James Comey himself described it as “salacious and unverified.” The FBI also knew that it was paid for by the Clinton campaign (as part of the campaign), and that the dossier was compiled by someone with a clearly stated bias against Donald Trump. The FBI knew that they needed the dossier to spy on the Trump campaign, and so relied on it to obtain the FISA warrant anyway.

The IRS audit was never a holdup. That was nothing but a dodge.

Either way, if they haven't finished the audit two years later, we need to reinvent the IRS. Maybe make them a branch of the DMV or something.

Either A) Comey appears on an indictment that is still sealed, or B) There was no evidence for an indictment.

They should. You got evidence, call the DOJ.

That's how they whole Russia investigation came to bem BTW. Someone who was concerned that Trump may have put himself in a position to be blackmailed by Putin contacted the FBI, and they opened a file. That pre-existing file is the only reason they took Steele seriously and agreed to hear what he had to say when he called them.
