I just don’t feel right about live telecast of funerals.

What bothers me most about this are the speakers who have used this as an opportunity for personal grandstanding to make political statements. Funerals are for the surviving friends and family to honor and remember those who’ve passed away and give them a chance to comfort one another. It should not be a time for individuals to get on their soap box and make social or political statements.
Don’t like them, don’t watch.

Many people, myself included, appreciate them as respectful and as important historical moments for our country.

I've done reprehensible things in my past, too. Things I will never forgive myself for. Things that would shock people who know me as I am today, because those things don't reflect who I am now. So it goes with all of us, including John McCain.

" Televised funerals"

They are over the top, I saw a little of each of the two. I don't even like to go funerals though, so not much reason for me to watch them on television. Aretha's looked like a heck of a lot more fun .

What about the 134 sailors he killed and the 161 he injured while showing off?

Well, what can one expect except uninformed lies from Trump supporters. After all, he is the Master Liar and Know-Nothing and their role model in all things.

Lies and Ignorance.
