It's more like $19 million a year and that's after a program designed to reduce the number of tickets enforced by the city.

The difference is that UPS is simply parking illegally and it's a cost of doing business in NYC for a transportation company. Kushner and Co. are breaking health laws and falsifying construction document.

Some commentator said that Jared Kushner is like some classic tragedy, that the more he tries to avoid his father's fate of ending up in jail, the more he acts in ways that will take him there.
