My answer: Consent.
Not always true. Fetal homicide is prosecuted without anyone's consent.

Prosecuting a charge of fetal homicide ends any privacy the pregnant woman would have had regarding her pregnancy. Roe is based on exactly such privacy. As such, Roe is a deeply flawed ruling.

That can add up fast to an unaffordable amount for a poor woman who loves to indulge in sex every day.

Never trust a man to be exclusively be in charge of your birth control.

The short answer, No.
The long answer on Abortion is it should be limited to first trimester unless there is a life threatening ailment to the Mother and the unborn can not be successfully delivered without killing the host.

The longoing answer on gay marriage is that I have no problem with it. God bless those who are able to find love, be loved and raise a loving family. My only issue, and this is a NY state issue was how Cuomo made it into a political football and rammer it down the people's throat. I have always maintained than and now that it should have been on the ballot and it should have been decided by the people.

That being said, it and ways surprised me how many times it was on the ballet in California and was struck down numerous times.

See you omit the other half of the coin, the fatal half, the one in which somebody actually dies, and in a most horrible way.

It is NOT OK to end the life of the pre-born baby without her consent.

But heck, if Liberals want to eat their unborn young, who am I to object.
Are you really so naive as to believe only liberals have abortions?

They shouldn't. Those exceptions are unConstitutional as they violate the Equal Protection Clause. That's how we know Roe is a flawed decision.
Again, as a guy I’ve never considered having an abortion! However, I will say that my wife came as close as can be to aborting our 3rd. We were young and had a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old. #3 was an “accident.”

We obviously discussed an abortion but I quickly realized that while I’m an interested party, it’s totally her decision. She decided that she wanted an abortion, even though, at the time, she was a staunch Catholic. She called her doctor who said he doesn’t do abortions and he gave her another doctor’s name. Several times she started calling that doctor and each time, she stopped. We had #3

I ain’t a lawyer, but IMO, it’s solely the mother’s decision - I or no one can tell her what to do

BTW, we still love our #3!
