A binary system is 0 and 1. If you want to run with the analogy, 0 is the electoral college and 1 is the popular vote. If "There is so such thing as the popular vote" then why is it tabulated and reported to the Nation during (and after) elections? Had Obama ever lost the popular vote and was put into office by the electoral college, you know full well that every single republican around here would be crying foul.

Actually it was consensual between Monica and Bill. The same cannot be said of all of the many sexual encounters that Trump had (and probably is still having). Several of the women who came forward to out Trump said his sexual advances were most unwelcome.
