Right?? This in a nutshell.

One of my girlfriends has epilepsy. CBD helps control it. In fact CBD helps more then thousands of dollars a month of other drugs that damage her liver. So I have some experience with this.

An example is that one of the more effective "legal" drugs for her caused hallucinations for her. MANY of her drugs are actively bought and sold on the illegal market for their recreational uses. The original poster wants children with epilepsy to take liver damaging drugs, that mess with their body and brain FAR more then CBD does. Or that even THC would! All the while damaging their health. The OP thinks kids should take these....instead of CBD-which has ZERO negative effects as far as we can tell. This BTW is a very separate thing then the THC people take recreationaly.

So while giving kids truly insane amounts of expensive drugs that are sold on the street every day, and damaging their health, the OP also wants them to spend thousands of dollars a month on expensive drugs....rather then far less expensive CBD that doesnt harm them nearly as much.

How does this even begin to make sense? This argument makes FAR less sense then the ones about THC.

Asking an employee to break the law, I am sure in most states it would be against their "Public Policy" exception to at will employment, or some such doctrine.

Proving it is of course another matter.

If the law is unconstitutional, ALL Americans should disobey and refuse to comply!!

We celebrate and honor people and groups that have done this in the past, why would marijuana/ drugs be any different?

You're not believeabler and you don't discuss policy. It's always about policy.

If you are a republican plant to remind people why Trump won, you're doing a great job.

Drug laws are not any more unconstitutional than environmental laws.
