What kind of man pulls a gun on kids? They posed no threat to him whatsoever.
One of the kids has already confirmed on his FB page that they were there to visit a friend. Why on earth did this man feel it was his right to pull out a gun and treat them like that?
Why are people so quick to pull a gun on somebody? And in this case, kids? Should the man be charged with anything?

There are generally fairly strict laws about pulling a gun on someone for no good reason, especially if you point it at them. I'm not going to dig them all up but off the top of my head I seem to recall something like "felony menacing" depending upon how it all went down.
This of course assumes proper licensing and a host of other laws the guy may have violated.
I'm shaking my head that ABC news runs a story with a title like that and promoted it to national news no less....but it sure got them ratings even if they're showing they have no conscience other than meeting quarterly dividend goals.

P.S. I was confused that you're asking a questions that you and the OP already answered. In case you forgot the answer provided, it was a white man or "empowered" white man if you will.

Agree, the sensational title was unnecessary.
Looking forward to seeing if any charges are filed from this situation. I mean, I'm sure a lot of us here on City-Data (including myself) have kids.
What if it was OUR kid that was with a group of friends going to visit a buddy at his apartment, and some crazy adult pulls a gun on them for absolutely no reason? I believe one of the comments from the armed man was "you're not getting on this elevator." Huh? Is this guy with the elevator police or something?
This dude is an idiot, he himself wasn't abiding by the rules of the building which clearly state that fire arms were not allowed on the property. Someone should have prevented him from entering the building.
right and get shot because he feared for his life....
However, I wish the black people in my city would stop challenging people on the street for their money (using guns). Fair enough? Can I get an ABC reporter to cover each incident? No?
so you believe that 100% of all black people mug white people with guns?
There are viral videos popping up all over the place on social media these days of angry white people challenging blacks in public about irrelevant issues.

if this is the case then Obama empowered the California college professor that took a bike lock and beat a conservative about the head and shoulders.

What kind of idiot tries to blame this type of thing on the President? Neither party involved had no connection to Donald Trump whatsoever.
