Let's take a peek.

Liberalism is a political and moral philosophy based on liberty and equality. Liberals espouse a wide array of views depending on their understanding of these principles, but they generally support civil rights, democracy, secularism, gender and race equality, internationalism and the freedoms of speech, the press, religion and markets.
Sure sounds like what Dems promote.....

Hardly. The Dems are for equality of race as long as it is not Caucasian. They are for free speech unless it is conservative speakers and they are for freedom of religion unless it is the Christian church.

Gun rights are the exception. They are very liberal with that right.

If a community enjoys the forest preserve and a company wants to drill for oil underneath, which group has more people losing out on the resource? And don't try to paint it as all the people down stream are also "benefitting" -- no one else downstream get the access to that resource.

That's why they are called limousine liberals. You know, "do as I say but not as I do."

Nonsense is what you posted about what the Dems are for. Scratch the surface of that marketing fluff, and we all know the reality.

In other words, the Democrat left does not support equality or freedom in any of these areas.
