The ONLY reason they insist the Ten Commandments be posted in government buildings everywhere is its a means for fundamentalist Christians to show everyone who is boss. It's similar to when a dog will urinate to mark its territory. It also makes the evangelicals feel better about themselves and it makes it easier for them to pretend they live in a nation where everyone agrees with them and worships their deity.

That was how they hunted then, since spears hadn't been invented. Running over them tenderized the meat as well.

What's your proof that it did? Scriptures?

I have some Spiderman books you'd love. Also a lot of them about leprechauns and Djinns and flying carpets and unicorns and animals that talk, just like Baalam's Ass. They all have the same believability. They are good stories, some are tales with morals, but none of them can be taken literally as absolute and infallible truth.

Yep. That's why he damns some of his children to eternal suffering in the fires of hell, with no escape possible ever! For eternity. He just can't contain all that love.

Most if not almost all of his children. Few people are actually able to keep the rules.

So if physics says that I can't jump into space due to gravity, does that mean that God didn't create the universe to have this gravitational restraint?

You know, because if somebody believes in God it apparently means they can't believe in physics

But rest assured, the many, many fundamentalist Christians on this board all believe they are among those chosen few.
