I hope they're treated fairly under the law. But the other Winter probably feels that means letting them keep the stuff they stole.

Not hijacking anything.

So, what do you believe should be done to the looters at Wilmington?

Make them give it back, but don't put this on their permanent record, that is what creates class separation.

What an absolute shame what the government has created in this scene.

Under the law, it goes on their record. They shouldn't be treated any differently than any other criminal.

This isn't what creates class separation - it creates a separation between criminals and law-abiding citizens.

There were hundreds of impoverished people living in that building who obeyed the law and didn't engage in looting.

If someone was rich and looted would you also want them to return the goods without it being on their permanent record? If your answer is yes, then it's not about class separation. If your answer is no, you're creating the class separation with your proposal.

Why do they have to give it back?

The owner wasn't on site. It's up for grabs, right?

The State is an evil institution however it is ultimately up to each individual to decide how they are going to live.

You know I don't support that.

The owner doesn't have a claim to the entire store and all its goods, but usage should dictate ownership, not theft from already packaged and prepared goods.

Violence and hording are never the answer.

The police went forward with arrests even after the owner said, they didn't wish to pursue any of the cases in looting.
