Whaaaaaat? That’s his response to the Botham Jean shooting. And you wonder why African Americans remain highly suspicious of the Republican Party!

One bad story does not represent the majority of Texas law enforcement... sorry...

This thread is about an idiot who says that we shouldn’t come to any conclusions about a cop that walked into a man’s apartment and shot him dead.

So tell me sir, what facts are we waiting for to come in that we’re all missing?
You mean besides common sense? In our country one is innocent until proven guilty. It is a cornerstone of our founding. Look for the truth next time.
How any person of adult age, granted it doesn't mean they are a man, doesn't understand that is appalling.

Tell us Ted Cruz worshipper, what are we missing here?
The answer was in the post you quoted. Here let me help, "When you don't have all the facts, it is only an assumption."
Get it yet?

You make it sound as if I condone unjustified shootings, over justified shootings. LOL!
Don't take yourself too seriously, now.

Sorry, but the stories of crooked Texas law enforcement and prosecutorial misconduct in the Lone Star state needs ten rolls of toilet paper to enumerate properly.

So please.

She walked into a man’s apartment and shot him dead despite the fact that he did nothing wrong.

So on WHAT EXACTLY should there be a presumption of innocence?

Frankly, you don’t know what the hell you condone. You change positions more than a porn star. And since Trump won, your posts are even more cryptic and incoherent than ever.

One minute you talk like you hate state sponsored goonery, then in the next post you’re championing the cops shooting someone that comes from a group that you don’t like ....which in your case is anyone that isn’t white. Then when you’re called on it, you morph into a descendant of Native Americans that walked the Trail of Tears.

You post more like your ancestors walked a Trail of Beers.

If desertdetroiter is accused of something let's all presume him guilty. That's the standard he wants.

You don’t need to. It would be a redundancy in your case.

AFAIK, the is no blame to be placed on the police officer. The deceased was a small time drug dealer, and the officer did us a favor.
