perhaps you should focus on the actual races not just contributions to the committees. In fact, most articles I've read show GOP panicking about lackluster fundraising by House candidates....

That's certainly not news. Republicans have a long history of being the party of the rich (and for the rich) and using all that money to gain unfair advantage.

Yet people were gullible enough to vote for Trump, supposedly Republican, imagining that he would help those who are struggling.

What policies did Trump enact that reduce corporate power and give power to workers?

I have received two pay raises already this year.

We also have virtually unlimited overtime available.

I just worked 4 hours overtime today and they asked me if I would like to come in early tomorrow.

This is happening because other companies that are competing for our workers have managed to convince several people to leave.

Now, with the company short on personnel, we are being asked to work as much overtime as we can.

This year should be my best yet.

Could be, the millionaires and billionaires are very happy with all of their tax breaks. This doesn't indicate a 'wave' of one sort or another, the rich vote with their checkbooks and might not even fill out a ballot.

Threads like this make me think most Republicans dont understand how politics works.

You can donate to individual candidates, you can donate to superpacs, you can donate to congressional campaign arms, you can donate political advocacy groups all before you donate to a party.

Individual Democrats have more money than the Republicans they are facing and the DCCC has gotten more money than the RNCC.

Arguing that the RNC has more money than the DNC and pretending that is the end all in politics is laughable.

I'm always amused by threads like these that proclaim only Republicans are rich. People seem to have forgotten the $35K a plate celebrity fundraisers for Hillary.
