No they do not and Trump, Ivanka and Kushner are giving Israel all the tools to exterminate them, including taking away funding from Palestinian hospitals.
I'm not anti Israel or anti Palestine, I have no dog in this at all. But we used to take a more measured approach and now we are not at all. While the US has been extremely pro-Israel for decades, Trump, Ivanka and Kushner have taken that to the absolute most extreme measure possible.
We tend to view Israel through the very American pro-Israel lens, but the rest of the world sees Israel differently:

The same Trump that complains endlessly about NATO countries not contributing enough, gives endless billions to Israel and never utters a world of complaint. We are no longer trying to appear objective, we are now 100% all Israel and it will probably come back to bite us.
Israel wants to goad us into a war with Iran and Trump is playing right into their hands.
It's not our job to support Israel either. What Netanyahu is doing serves Israel and getting the US into war with Iran helps Israel and costs them nothing.

So why are your forcing Americans to communicate in foreign languages to foreigners? America was a British culture.
Then let's do that. No money to either side. Giving a blank check in the form of billions in military aid and protection to Israel while starving and defunding the Palestinian hospitals is cruel and sickening. It will come back on us.
I'd love to see no presence and no money for either side...or anyone else for that matter. Let them figure it out themselves.
